Cantilever Probe Card
Smart probe is the pioneer in cantilever probe cards manufacturing in the Philippines, established in 2006. Developed with Minimal Scrub Cantilever Technology, SPI's Cantilevers have a 35-micron pitch for electrical testing of HDDs and digital storage.
