This technology offers more stable testing, and eliminates pin stuckup. Cantilever Probe Card
Smart probe is the pioneer in cantilever probe cards manufacturing in the Philippines, established in 2006. Developed with Minimal Scrub Cantilever Technology, SPI's Cantilevers have a 35-micron pitch for electrical testing of HDDs and digital storage.
